HOW DO I PAY MY BILL?
You can mail a check payable to your homeowners association to 11844 Bandera Rd #466, Helotes, TX 78023. You can also pay online at www.hillcountryhomeowners.com.
WHO DO I MAKE MY CHECK PAYABLE TO?
Make your check payable to the name of your association care of Hill Country Homeowners.
HOW DO I SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN?
Payment plans must be in writing. Please complete this form for approval. Payment plans are not approved until you receive email confirmation.
WHEN IS MY PAYMENT LATE?
Most association documents state that your assessments are due on January 1. We request that you make your payment as soon as possible or submit a payment plan request. Late fees will begin on your account in February if there is no payment received or approved payment plan?
