As you may have heard Senate Bill 1588 as well as others passed this legislative session.  These bills contain new sections that will SIGNIFICANTLY impact associations and require several new policies to be drafted.  We have attended meetings and received guidance from multiple central Texas association attorneys.  WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU MAKE TIME TO ATTEND ONE OF THE CLASSES.
