We understand there may be some confusion regarding the 2025 assessments, and we’d like to provide some clarification on why you may show a zero balance due.

 

The association's accounting system charges and posts assessments at the beginning of the applicable year—January 1, 2025, for the upcoming assessment. If you choose to prepay before this date, your payment will display as a credit on your account and will automatically be applied to your account once the 2025 assessment is officially posted on January 1.
