Join us for our upcoming 3rd Quarter Board Education Class regarding Budgets.  The class will be held on October 22, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Northwest - 5535 University Heights Blvd. 78249. RSVP HERE.  The budget is a formal financial plan that determines the annual assessment. It should cover operations and reserve funding. A lot of work goes into preparing the budget. It’s a complex activity that has to start early so the budget can be finalized and approved prior to the beginning of the new fiscal year.  This class will take you step by step in creating your 2020 budget for your association.  Attendees are encouraged to bring their association budget for review.
