Please complete the form below to request a new or replacement gate remote, have the gate directory issue a new, updated, temporary, or contractor code. Please note that requests for remotes will not be fulfilled until payment has been received. You can pay for remotes in account access. Redland Ranch, Southern Hills, and Waters at River Crossing remotes are $25 each. Hills of Bandera Ranch remotes are $30 each. The Ridge at Stone Oak, Sonoma Mesa, and Lakeside Beach remotes are $35 each. Springs at Stone Oak and Brushy Top LOA remotes are $40 each. Lost Oaks remotes are $45 each.

A $5.00 mailing fee per remote will be added.

Please allow up to a week after payment has been received for remotes to be mailed.
Directory updates are processed weekly.
