The Ridge at Stone Oak Brush/Bulk Pickup
Monday, April 13th to Friday, April 17th
The bi-annual Brush/Bulky pick up is scheduled for the week of April 13th – 17th. There is a 5yd limit, any amount over 5yds will not be picked up. For additional brush/bulky over 5yds, please contact Republic Services directly to make service and payment arrangements before the scheduled service week Monday, April 13th. Please be sure to have your Brush/Bulky items out before 7:00a.m. on pickup week Monday, April 13th. Items placed on the curb after this time will not be picked up if your street has already been serviced. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Service at 210-304-2700.

Huge thank you to the Crist law firm attorneys who shared their valuable time and expertise.  
 
Your association manager will be reaching out to you this week to schedule a working session and board meeting to draft and adopt all the necessary policies and changes that must be filed no later than Sept.1.  Please make time to view the recording prior to the first meeting.  There are huge changes that will require discussion to make the needed decisions.  Thanks in advance for your cooperation!
Software Upgrades Transitioning

We are excited to announce that Hill Country Homeowners has selected a new all-in-one software provider for 2021!  Our new software allows us to handle all tasks from one system. Accounting, violations, ACC requests and more are all handled in one place.  This makes life much easier for us, our board members and owners.
