Upcoming Events

Voting for the board of directors will be held by either absentee ballot or electronic ballot. Absentee ballots may either be scanned and emailed to the address listed on the ballot instructions or physically mailed to the address listed on the ballot instructions. Electronic ballots will be emailed to all property accounts with a valid email address.

 

To ensure the integrity of the election, each property will have a unique link emailed directly to them for each lot owned. To allow time to count both electronic and absentee ballots, the voting deadline is Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 9 AM. Ballots must be received by the deadline to be counted. The outcome of the election will be emailed to all properties that have an email on file and will be posted to the Lost Oaks Engage Owner Portal following the end of the voting period.

The Annual Meeting of the Southern Hills Homeowners Association will be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 6:00 pm.

 

The Association will host the meeting online via ZOOM. There will be a brief Board of Directors meeting directly following the Annual Meeting to appoint officers.
