Office Closure Announcement
It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Melissa Gentry, Hill Country’s founder and beloved family member, who left us today after a long and courageous health battle. Melissa's strength, vision, and heart have shaped not only our company but also the many communities we have had the privilege to serve.
In honor of her life and to support our team during this time of mourning, our office will be closed for the remainder of the week. We appreciate your understanding and kindness as we take this time to grieve and remember someone so dear to us.
Thank you for your patience and continued support.

Sagewood Mailbox Replacement UPDATE
Monday, July 7th to Monday, July 14th
We wanted to provide you with an update on the mailbox replacement project.
The installation contractor has coordinated with USPS to ensure a smooth transition of the replacement mailboxes at Griggs Pt and Knights Peak. Mail will be removed from all existing mailbox units tomorrow, Monday, July 8, and the A-locks will be removed on Tuesday, July 9. This will allow the contractor to proceed with installing the new mailbox units on Wednesday, July 10.
All of the mailboxes at this location have been reconfigured to allow for additional parcel boxes. Until the new mailboxes are installed and new keys are distributed, all residents assigned to this location will need to pick up their mail directly at the Leon Valley Post Office located on Huebner Road,
