Coronavirus Update: Your health & safety is our priority
Posted on Mar 12th, 2020
We understand the growing concern surrounding coronavirus (COVID-19) across our communities, and our thoughts go out to all those who've been impacted. Like each of you, we understand that we share a responsibility to protect our families, employees and communities, and we are here to support you every step of the way.
The health and safety of our residents is a top priority.  Since the virus first surfaced, we have been monitoring the situation closely and taking every precaution to keep our employees, board members, and our communities healthy.
With the effects of the outbreak being felt more each day, we wanted to reach out with options to continue to manage your association with confidence and minimal risk of possible exposure.
We are offering preventative actions of postponement of upcoming meetings to a later date and meetings via teleconference.  Please let us know if you want to implement one of these alternatives.
This continues to be a fast-moving and evolving issue, and we will continue to work diligently to take the steps to protect our communities and employees. Thank you for your support and trust.  We greatly appreciate the work you do to support your neighborhood.
