For transparency, below are the ballot results received to date:

Based on this the association cannot move forward with the Special Assessment to replace the mailbox clusters.

The Gardens of Windcrest Owners Association will be holding its 2025 Annual Meeting on Tuesday, February 10, 2026. A formal notice with additional details will be sent to you in approximately one week. There will be one (1) position open on the Board of Directors for a three-year term.
If you would like to be a candidate for the Board of Directors, please complete the Board Member Application (found under "online forms") at on the Engage Owner Portal at https://engage.goenumerate.com/s/gardenswindcrest/dynform.php?qid=113049 no later than Friday, January 23, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.

Huge thank you to the Crist law firm attorneys who shared their valuable time and expertise.
Your association manager will be reaching out to you this week to schedule a working session and board meeting to draft and adopt all the necessary policies and changes that must be filed no later than Sept.1. Please make time to view the recording prior to the first meeting. There are huge changes that will require discussion to make the needed decisions. Thanks in advance for your cooperation!

We are excited to announce that Hill Country Homeowners has selected a new all-in-one software provider for 2021! Our new software allows us to handle all tasks from one system. Accounting, violations, ACC requests and more are all handled in one place. This makes life much easier for us, our board members and owners.
