Judging will take place on Thursday, October 24, from 6 PM to 9 PM. Make sure your ghoulish decorations and eerie lights are glowing bright for our judges to admire!
Prizes for the most frightfully festive homes:
1st Place: $150 gift card + a yard sign proudly declaring you the winner of our haunted hearts!
2nd Place: $100 gift card
3rd Place: $50 gift card

Huge thank you to the Crist law firm attorneys who shared their valuable time and expertise.
Your association manager will be reaching out to you this week to schedule a working session and board meeting to draft and adopt all the necessary policies and changes that must be filed no later than Sept.1. Please make time to view the recording prior to the first meeting. There are huge changes that will require discussion to make the needed decisions. Thanks in advance for your cooperation!

We are excited to announce that Hill Country Homeowners has selected a new all-in-one software provider for 2021! Our new software allows us to handle all tasks from one system. Accounting, violations, ACC requests and more are all handled in one place. This makes life much easier for us, our board members and owners.
