Order a Resale Certificate, Statement of Account, Refinance or Other Closing Documents for Sales and Refinances

Sign up is easy and you can start utilizing the system immediately. You can order the following documents:

Resale Certificate/TREC Form
The resale packet includes but is not limited to:
☺    Governing documents for the property
☺    A resale questionnaire (resale certificate)
☺    The budget and balance sheet of the association
☺    Certificate of insurance for the association
☺    A list of any open violations
Statement of Account
A statement of account is a document which is intended to inform a title company of monies to be collected at closing.  They are also commonly ordered by your mortgage company for a refinance.  
Lenders may require a questionnaire to be completed with information regarding your HOA.  Often, a custom questionnaire provided by your lender will need to be completed, however, a stock questionnaire is also available for purchase. 
Registering on is easy and free. You will be required to enter your company type, company name, title, first and last name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address. You will also create a username and password that you will use to sign into your account.
Go to click on the Sign Up tab located at the top right of the home page. Fill in the required information and you are good to go. There is no charge for registering an account with

Processing of requests will not be begin until the order payment amount is received.  After your new form is mapped and completed you will receive an email from informing you the order is ready and how you can retrieve it.
