Your association manager will be reaching out to you this week to schedule a working session and board meeting to draft and adopt all the necessary policies and changes that must be filed no later than Sept.1.  Please make time to view the recording prior to the first meeting.  There are huge changes that will require discussion to make the needed decisions.  Thanks in advance for your cooperation!

We are excited to announce that Hill Country Homeowners has selected a new all-in-one software provider for 2021!  Our new software allows us to handle all tasks from one system. Accounting, violations, ACC requests and more are all handled in one place.  This makes life much easier for us, our board members and owners.

 

Our chat now has a frequently asked question search in the chat box.  This will allow residents 24 x 7 access to commonly asked questions.  Check it out!

We understand the growing concern surrounding coronavirus (COVID-19) across our communities, and our thoughts go out to all those who've been impacted. Like each of you, we understand that we share a responsibility to protect our families, employees and communities, and we are here to support you every step of the way.

Thanks to everyone who attended our board education class on budget planning on 10-22-19.  Your participation made the class a success and valuable for everyone who attended.  The slides from the class are linked HERE.  

The curb appeal of our community depends on each resident maintaining his or her property as completely as possible. For those who keep their homes and yards well maintained, the association thanks you for your efforts and good examples. We encourages all residents to pay particular attention to the following maintenance items.

The city of San Antonio held Neighborhood Day 2019 on June 1.  Hill Country founder Melissa Gentry was asked to prepare a presentation on succession planning.  The complete presentation is located here.
